Billed year for a product I no longer use

Every year for the last 4 years my credit card is debited without any notification form Norton - for an antivirus I never use, and I cannot find a way to cancel this anitvirus that I dont use and will never use again. .I have tried to contact the company, but never receive any online response and none of the phone numbers work. I have tried to reverse the transaction but then they just keep putting it through. <br> I wonder how many other people they are debiting R399.00 from yearly <br>
