Unefficient call centre

<p>People calling you regarding your debt laughing at you while explaining to them you are currently unemployed telling you you should have thought about that when you opened a credit card at standard bank. You should have known then you will be retrenched ...... do they think I can see my future? The lady laughed so loud I put the phone down. SHE is clearly not fit for the job......and should be the one at home not me...</p>
