Terrible service

*** <br> I have been mailing Norton Atterneys who on Behalf of ABSA have told me i have an amount outstanding for Over R1000 <br> I have been trying to close my account with Absa for over 5 years and to date no success. Every month they charge me banking fees for an account i do not have <br> I even closed all my account with Absa due to this - NOW i have Norton Threating to take me to court and come fetch assets for that amount after explaining to them what is happening and them telling me they will get back to me - then every other day get a threating SMS - I DO NO OWE ABSA MONEY. If there staff is incompatant to close and account and then still charge me...NOW NORTON threaten me aswell . i have all email correspondance from Norton saying they will advise once they have spoken to there client <br> Really ...Well you cant even speak to your client after months of harrasing me???
