SMS's TO WRONG PERSON

Since last year my husband keep on getting sms's for a Ms Jonck who does not pay her depts. No matter how many times we have phoned them and told them that we don't know a Ms Jonck they just keep on sending sms's to his phone for TV licence that is in arrears and an Absa loan that is in arrears not to mention the other accounts that is in arrears. They promise everytime they will remove his name from the database but it just never happens.
