Rude Behavouir

I received calls everyday from this company. Today I received one of the worst behaviour from a consultant her name Dineo Mncube telling me that I have never made arrangements with them. Last week as well I received a call and alexplained to the one of the consultant and I have explained my situation and we made arrangements and also advise me to send and affidavit whic I did on the 18th Oct. Now this Dineo being rude over the phone as I have explained to her several times that it is not my job to capture details on their systems. She is so rude that she thinks she knows too much, there are people who can do your job perfectly so she should honor her job and don't bring attitude that she won't lose that job.

Now I want to appeal to the company to take this seriously of such behaviour.
