Made a payment but still not allocated to my acc

Hello peter<br> <br> I had a Tracker account, unfortunately due to lack of payment my account was handed over to Norton Attorneys who debited the whole balance on the 16th of July 2015 but to date the payment was not allocated to my account and i am still getting calls from them that i am still owing. <br> <br> I called them numerous times to resolve the issue as it affects negatively on my credit profile but i still don't get any concrete solution despite having provided a proof of payment ( Bank Statement). the last response i got from them was that i should go to the bank and reverse the payment and pay again, like really?? shouldn't they check their bank statement and locate the payment?? <br> <br> Please assist as this issue has been dragging for quite some time now.<br> <br>
