<p>My Phone Was On Contract With MTN And I Fell Back On Paying It On Time Because I Was Out On A Business Trip, They Said To Pay The Full Amount And Then They Would Turn The Phone Back On, I Went To MTN At Least 3 Times To Enquire About The Issue. I Paid The Amount 3 Weeks Ago And They Did'nt Switch It On. They Said They Gave The Matter To The Legal Department. I Got an Sms To Call Their Legal Department Which Is Norton Attorneys And They Told Me I Should Pay R654 Just For An Activation Sms. How Do You Charge R654 for An SMS, keep in mind you did'nt call me, I had to call and enquire??</p>
