Harassment

I went under debt review about 6 months ago and my debt review company, Debt Busters made arrangements with all my creditors regarding my repayments. As per the arrangements made i have been making regular payments and have not missed any of my commitments. However, Norton Attorneys, representing Virgin Money doesn't seem to get the picture as they have been harassing me for months regarding making payments towards them. I've received hundreds of calls from them and each time I must explain and each time the person calling says they will make a note to ensure phone calls stop. Now they are calling threatening me with a summons even though I have been paying my Virgin Credit account and i have an agreement with my creditors. My debt review company advised that I should not be getting calls from creditors but they are also worthless in dealing with my concerns that i have raised. I am being harassed daily by Norton attorneys and debt busters are doing nothing to assist me even though I paid them thousand of rand to ensure that my account is covered under their legal protection.
