Disgusted at their attitude

I am continuously receiving calls from UNKNOWN NUMBER, fistly why can you not reveal a number you can call back! Today answered the call and to my dismay hear that my virgin money card is still owing. This was paid according to debt review which has then been completed.

The consultant was extremely rude which caused a flare out from my side. I refuse to answer any more calls from this UNKNOWN and UNCLIPPED number.

Looking at the reviews this seems to be a common problem and their rudeness is unexplainable. On the times that I have answered the calls it is a different person every time, but this one today was the rudest ever. Until I receive a call from an unclipped number of from the head of Norton attorneys I will not answer these calls. I am not a darn convict to be treated this way. This has been paid ages ago and until I receive a full tally of what was paid and what is outstanding from virign money themselves these calls will NOT be answered.
