Debit order on wrong date

I have an agreement with Norton Attorneys that the debit order will go through on the 28th of the month, to my surprise today their debit order went through, The money taken is for my other staff until I get paid. I phoned them this morning to fix it, I was told that the supervisor will listen to the calls and get back to me. I need this money because its for transport for my children that are still at school. Please help so that i can recover this money today. I HATE THE FACT THAT THEY JUST DEDUCT MY MONEY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Our agreement is only on the 28th of the month. They make me sick!
