I'm waiting for an email of the statement outlining my debt and how it was calculated and my settlement letter.<br> <br> If they had my details why didn't they call for the past three months and only called me after the debt has apparently accumulated interest<br> <br> Why do you charge a collection fee from R200 upwards when im paying dosen't it make it harder to finish my debt. If im making a payment arrangement why charge me interest are you penalizing me for agreeing to pay you.<br> <br> Why would i have to wait 48hrs for a R62 refund after you put me in a corner to pay you R3137.77 within three days.<br> <br> I owed MTN R1440 i paid R3137.77 i never received a call from MTN regarding my debt which is unfair since i called and asked that someone call me back regarding this.
