back and forth to and from standard bank norton

I have been contacted by norton attorneys regarding my credit card and i made full payment and settled with them 2 to 3 months ago .wandile assured me from the attorneys that i will receive a letter confirming the account paid and closed also removal from the credit bereau .to date i have sent him several emails and after talking to him now he says he cant help me i must contact standard bank.so standard bank hands me over to the attorneys advising they cant assist me directly.the attorney calls me for money i owe standard bank now that the money has been paid neitherthe attorney or standard bank can help me<br> This is beyond pathethic so i must pay an attorney because standard bank handed me over and now between the 2 no one helps the client.i want my paid up letter and this account removed from my profile .
