Norton customer service non existant...

I am interested in taking an antivirus with email protection for my company. The packages advertised on line does not allow for corporate purchased. I require a package for 55 staff. I have to make 6 seperate purchased if I take it online. I tried contacting Norton for assistance, but was answered by an A.I service. I requested to speak to an agent and eventually I was transfered to a call centre in India... I was cut off 4 times... There is no option to mail any one, or speak to a local agent. Norton may be ranked no 1 in antivurs, but they are ranked last when it comes to customer service. I will have to go with another service provided. If I cannot reach any one for assistance when I try and take a new contract, how will anyone ever assist me If I have a technical issue.
