Bad product, worse service.

Disgruntled. The use of their vault is painfull and timeconsuming. The support does not exist, I wait forever for non existing replies. My system has slowed down dramatically since I installed Norton and cannot get hold of support. I am cancelling my subscription as I feel their product is a hinderance to me. As I am writing this, 45 minutes have allready passed waiting for a chat agent to contact me. I feel that if they cannot support their product, they do not deserve my patronage.
