NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF NORTJE CIVILS AND CONSTRUCTION

A warning to all. Please never ever make use of this company Nortje Civils or Nick. In October 2020 I asked Nick to draw me plans for my house because we are in the process of selling the house. In his quotation is a paragraph that says as soon as the proof of payment is received and the money reflects in his bank account it will take 15 to 20 working days and I will have my plans. We paid him an additional amount of R1903.00 so that he can hand in the plans and get it approved by the municipality's building inspectors. Today is the 20 May 2021 seven months further and no plans nothing. Since March 2021 I am fighting with Nick and everyday Nick has an excuse. Last night 19 May 2021 Nick phoned me and told me that the plans is @ security by the attorneys. This morning he phoned me and told me that the guy that he send took the wrong plans. People this guy is a bull ****ter and I wont recommend him to anyone. The rumors that I heard now of him is bad and that he is bad news. One of the agencies asked him to refund all their clients money because Nick could not give them their plans. The bank also wants to cancel everything because it is taking so long.
