Very disappointed and hurt by treatment

Just want to complain with the service received from Northwood School in Durban. I app**** for my son for 2023 and the application was unsuccessful which is okay but when I asked what was the reason for the application to be unsuccessful the person in charge of admission Mrs Kennedy just ignored my question, I asked her three times on the email but she refused to answer which is very rude and unprofessional because the least one can do is tell a person the reason for the application to be unsuccessful. I asked her the fourth time politely on the email that I understand the application was unsuccessful and I would like to know why so that I would know of whether I should try again and apply at the school because my child likes the school and it’s closer to home but still she ignored me. Her attitude when dealing with people is not good, her response were to get rid of me. Having to ask someone three/four times one question and them refusing to reply is just rude.
