White man refuses to pay for a black man's car after he damaged it

I left my car np200 for service on the 28/10/2020 at klerksdorp nissan service centre in perfect condition and when when my wife went to collect it there was a big crack on the windscreen and pictures shows clearly that it was fine when we left it but now service centre manager refuses to pay for the damage caused by one of his staff members.
