Northwest Nissan Dealership Dishonesty and ******ion
The worst service I have experienced ever I bought a Datson Go here last year 2021 I was told its a Demo and I didn't mind I signed the papers and off I went but it was hardly for 3 moths down the line the car was giving me battery issues, the car would totally refuse to start I reported the issue to Northwest Nissan and I was told nothing was wrong with the car I continued with reporting the issue with no help and at 15000 Km I took the car in for a first service I was told no one would touch the battery until I paid R3500 you can imagine a datson Go is a small car no one pays that much for a service which by the way was supposed to be free because the Sales person said I'd get two free services and I'd pay on my 3rd and upon paying this ridiculous amount I was told I needed to pay an extra R700 for fitting this ridiculous small battery because they claimed they sourced it for me....and now after the battery fitment I was just checking my contract and I realized I was also charged R4500 for delivery of the car while I fetched the car myself from the dealership I am sure you can agree with me that there is no interest in helping a customer here it's all about ******ion of their clients when I raised my concerns with them I was told I couldn't speak to the manager and the lady who told me knew the history of the car told me there was a previous owner of the car who made a battery claim in 2019 while I was told the car is a 2021 model when I bought it so something is fishy here because according to the papers I'm. the first owner of the car all in all I am baffled that this is the dishonesty and treatment of customers by Northwest Nissan Dealership
