disgusting service at northwest Nissan, Stormill, Johannesburg

I have 20 UD Questers - CGE 420 and 370. the closest dealer to me is Northwest in Stormill Johannesburg but ever since one of their parts consultants resigned the service at this dealership is most disgusting and the attitude of the parts manager as well the some of the parts consultants stinks , i went in today the 30/03/2021 to get a gear lever kit and 2 window switches and there was a new parts consultant present fairly young whom i don't know and he tried to assist me by going to the senior employees for assistant but nobody wanted to assist him. the parts manager, an Indian male whom i know but don't know his name as he came to my premises a few times to beg for business to bring my trucks in to their dealership to be serviced, his attitude stinks, he is so cold, does not greet or did not assist this youngster. the dealership had none of the parts that i wanted and i got a bit furious so i asked when can i get the spares and this PARTS MANAGER with no manners walks to the consultant and does'nt even greet or look at me tells this guy that tell the lady the spares are on back order and walks away, most rude and ill - mannered manager i have ever seen, he was supposed to set an example to his staff. i phoned Ermelo truck and tractor whilst i was at the dealership and this is where i purchased my 20 trucks because of the excellent service i get from them. my parts are available as per Johan van der Berg, i have paid for them and it will be couriered to me, this is what i call service. it is pointless having a dealership 5km from you but their service sucks. i asked the receptionist for the DP contact or if i could speak to him but she told me that he was busy so i walked out and i dont think i will ever go back to Northwest Nissan in Johannesburg. most of the parts consultants have their own disgusting attitudes. i miss Barney because with him even if the system shows him no stock, he will go to the parts counter and ask the employees there to check if any is available. the parts manager needs to show some respect to customers and atleast try to assist them.

I hope the DP takes heed of my complaint if he really needs business for his dealership.
