Good day, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I've received from this branch, Northwest Nissan and Michelle Rudman in particular. I called on Wednesday to book a service appointment for my Mahindra on Saturday the 12th of September. Apparently the lady who makes the reservations was not on her desk, but she called back later to confirm the reservation. She also called on Friday the 11th of September to get my odometer reading and confirm service booking for Saturday the 12th of September 2026. Kindly note that this was my second booking with the same branch. So they already had my details on file. Cellphone number, Vin, number plates, car make and model. At no point, on our 3 telephone conversations during the last week, was l asked to give information of my vehicle service plan and details, or informed that these need to be confirmed by the branch before the weekend. Hence I was both surprised and disappointed when Michelle told me this morning (12/09/26) that she could not proceed with the scheduled vehicle service because Innovation was closed on Saturdays and she could not confirm the cover. She had a very un interested attitude and continued to call other clients on the phone while I was still on her desk and needed confirmation on when else she can accommodate me, amongst my many other questions and obvious frustration. This is my second visit to the same branch, and both times the service has been sub standard. The 1st was to report the engine light on my dashboard, that the aircon turns itself on when I turn on the ignition, and the funny clucking sound it makes every time I start the car. Both issues have still not been resolved. Kindly check my correspondence and records with your branch.

Forced to do a trade in instead of changing a faulty vehicle I am writing to address serious concerns regarding the condition of the vehicle I recently purchased from Nissan Roodepoort dealership. The car was presented as being in excellent, like-new condition; however, I have discovered several issues that were not disclosed during the sale process. Specifically the car would not start on several occasions and it was towed to the dealership, this happed 3 times already, the vehicle would give so many errors on the dashboard, the boot literally opens itself when on a hump or steep hill, I was advised that the boot issue was fixed and a new mechanism has been replaced, a few days ago the car had a funny sound both infront and at the back, I picked up these issues even before I could pay my first instalment, I requested the dealership to swap the vehicles but the manager ( Daniel ) was very Irate and told me I can do what ever that I wish to do but he will not replace the vehicle, Over the past 4 weeks the vehicle has been in and out of the dealership for repairs and I was given a loan car, Today I was advised that the clutch plate is being replaced yet I only drove that vehicle for less than 1000ks. The delay in addressing this recall is alarming and has raised serious concerns about my safety on the road and yet I am a female. to this day I have requested that they swap the vehicle, and I am told that I should rather do a trade in which will have a shortfall and I am responsible for that payment. I believe these discrepancies indicate a misrepresentation of the vehicle’s true condition. My experience does not reflect the quality of service I expected when I chose the Nissan Roodepoort dealership. I am Slowly going into depression because I am paying thousands of rands monthly for a vehicle that I literally never enjoyed driving, Why Am I being forced to do a trade in, yet the vehicle has so many faults??
