Bad customer Service and Damage to belongings
I am so appalled by the service given by Lindiwe today 30 June 2022.
I have been a loyal customer for the past 9 months since moving to DBN, and recently out of the norm I noticed when unpacking my clothes that had been washed that my shirt had a reddish/pink stain. I called and spoke to Sharon who advised I bring it back so they can try remove the stain.
To my shock when I came to collect, Lindiwe outright accuses me of lying saying this shirt was never in the batch of clothes I had brought to the laundromat. She continued to say I must just admit I stained the shirt and made a fib so they could clean it up for me. Mind you, I spend minimum R1000 a month to wash my clothes there, and for some reason Lindiwe thinks I have the time and Petrol to drive all the way and lie about a shirt.
The worst part I have been calling Quenton (Manager) the whole day to complain with no success. I left that shirt for her to keep since she thinks she is now God and I suddenly have amnesia. I am never using their services due to the lack of respect of their staff who clearly does not know customer service. Even her tone and stink face she kept pulling whilst I was speaking to her.
Good riddance
