PAID FOR A MAJOR CAR SERVICE BUT NOTHING WAS DONE

Northway advertised a special on Groupon. I purchased a voucher for a major car service and an electronic diagnostic assessment. I booked in for Wednesday, the 2nd March 2016.I paid to have the following done but only got my oil changed. THERE WAS NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER IN MY ENGINE and I only discovered that Saturday morning.<br> oNew engine oil<br> oNew oil filter<br> oNew spark plugs (Not platinum)<br> oNew air filter<br> oAnti-freeze<br> o49-point safety check<br> oRoad test<br> oEngine steam clean<br> oWash and vacuum<br> oResetting of service lights<br> oStamping of service books<br> Electronics diagnostics assessment:<br> oLatest electronic assessment equipment utilised<br> oAn accurate assessment that highlights any mechanical or electrical faults you might have<br> oAble to test 90% of vehicles on SA roads<br> oAble to test some imported vehicles<br> oPrint out on fault codes given<br> <br> I have taken this up with Groupon just now Saturday, the 5th March via e-mail as they do not work over weekends same applies with Northway awaiting feedback.
