Bad service,passing the buck, rude and obnoxious

I took my car to Northway Electrauto after they were recommended as an RMI approved dealer. The car had a problem with the steering wheel locking and I requested that the cause of this should be investigated and fixed. It was then reported to me that the fan belt had broken and needed to be replaced, I was advised that this job will require an extensive stripping of the car in order to do this. The car was returned to me and it is still giving me the same problem I sent it in for repairs for. I requested an explanation for this especially after I was charged an exorbitant amount for the \so called "stripping yet the major problem causing this couldn't be solved. Adrian was rude"
