Bad Service

<p>Starting with the receptionist, the most rude and unfriendly person i have probably ever come accross that works at a reception. She does not know how to address people. Then you get some oldish looking british man, Richard. Rude. Does not treat clients with respect at all. They don't even let you pick a date that suits you when you make an appointment. The choose their own date and to make it worse, they do not even bother to assist with transport to work or anything, where 99% of other service centres do. NEVER EVER EVER again am i taking my vehicle back there again!!! </p>
