Very disappointed

After service is shocking and they dont own to their own mistakes for things done based on their recommendations. In short, I went in for crown re-cement, the dentist suggested to file the crown to relieve the pressure on it, the crown turned fragile and piece of it broke off. I called back asking for them to file the sharp edge free of charge since this was caused by the filing and the receptionist offered me an appointment with no guarantee that i will not have to pay. Now i am sitting with a broken crown due to their recommendation and i have to pay to fix an issue they created.
