Northumberland Dentistry, bad service and bad ethics.

Firstly I have been going there for several years and as a loyal customer I learned there is no loyalty to the customer here.

I have had 1 tooth worked on and then had a crown placed on it. That crown then fell out and had to be replaced. Just a few month later and had to be fixed again and charged full price as well as a expensive consolation fee.

Again not even one month's after that fixing the crown fell put again!

I contacted them about this and they said they would contact me back that day with a date to book.

24 hours later no call and so I called them only to find out they will not fix my tooth.

The reason is I gave them a bad review of there bad work they did and so they feel that now due to my complaints they will not offer to amend there mistakes or even apologize for it.

All around a bad experience and won't go back.

Anyone wanting a good dentist can find one in the area that is not as bad as this one,offers one time consolation fees and will gladly fix there mistakes.
