Upper Highway - Service Excellence

I had a Major Problem with My Security Light's the other day; three of the LED Spotlight's packed up at the same time. I went to three of the Usual Hardware Shops and I was very disappointed with both the Service and Product Variations. I then went to Northside Electrical. Wow what a difference. There Product Range is Exceptional and their Staff Service and Knowledge is Incredible. I dealt with a Lady called Gita and she was Brilliant. She asked me a few Questions to determine my needs, knew exactly what was the Solution and Brought out Options to suit. I was thoroughly impressed with the Service and her Knowledge. Thank you Northside. It is such a Pleasure to shop where the staff actually care.
