Outstanding Refund

My kids left the school in Aug 2014 and we served due notice and the school principal approved it. In Jan 2015 I have since been following up on my refund to no response. The related account# KDZ 00302 with a refund of R8000 due to me. I need this refunded asap as it was supposed to have been done long ago!!
