We were quoted R1,580 to repair our garage door. I accepted the quote as I thought it was a long complex job. In actual fact it took less than 20 minutes. My calculation over R4,000 per hour!!!They only needed to replace 1 cable but then told us that if they replace 2 cables it would be the same price. When I queried the invoice the owner of the business was extremely rude to me and blamed the cost of the cables. While I \accepted\" the quote as I was desperate, I feel that they took advantage of a person who does not understand the mechanisms and as we had previously paid less than this to fully service 2 doors. We will never use them again. "
