Northriding College

It was in 2016 when we went to enquire about school fees at Northriding College for my 2 children, after we were informed about their fees the lady at reception said inorder for them to secure space for our kids we'll need to fill in a registration form, which we did. Fast forward to today we are now being sued for unpaid school fees and our children never set foot to that school. Please help.
