Not assisted, unhelpful, rude and ************** from staff.

I paid Northmead Clinic a visit on the 3rd of April 2024, with my 2 year old. We arrived at the clinic at 07:00am stood in the queue outside the gate signed in the book by the security and was directed to the reception at the window. There I met a lady staff member that in most cases assist with files and queries relating to front desk. I than told her we are visiting in Benoni and my daughter has been a patient at Northmead Clinic before. She isn't well and I don't have her immunization booklet. She still rep**** if she has a file on records I can go to the sister behind the window..I explained the same thing to the sister and gave my daughter Initials, surname and date of birth. Went and sat and waited at 12:00 I went to the receptionist to follow up and was told that everybody is waiting. That when I said if I don't follow up how will I know. I went and took a seat again. Everybody else that came after me was assisted however I was still waiting for the file. Eventually the lady came to hear when last was my daughter at their child, short while after that I was told she can't find the file. She then went to the nurses that assist the babies and came back and told me they can't assist me. My question is you knew from atleast 07:45am that I dont have the immunization booklet and agreed you'll would assist. I want to tell you'll my child was really very sick. We hardly slept the previous night. If I had money would I have ended up having to beg for my child for health care. I am unemployed single mother so I have no income. I will get this ladies name at receptionist I saw how you treat us that not black. You become irrarted, frustrated and very aggressive in your responses. I won't leave it at this. I stood with 2 white ladies at the window and they were saying they canr even ask than they get screamed on or scolded. I am a colored women and I can relate. I will log a complaint to Department of Health also for Northmead Clinic.
