Northmead Clinic terrible experience

I would like to report the 1st bad patient experience since taking my chronic medication last year around November. I changed my collection point from Northmead to Crystal park clinic starting from 14th July 2021. On this day I went to collect my meds but some of my meds were short some were wrong and the nurse there didnt know why. I decided to go find out at my main clinic which is Northmead the following day. when i got there the usual mental dep nurse was on leave and there were 2 new nurses. I went in and explained my problem expecting some kind of help, i asked that I need this to be investigated but in the meantime i needed meds enough for this month or while they investigate. Nurse Nthabeleng was very quick to tell me that there's nothing they can do, not even trying to come up with a solution to my problem. I asked her if she knew and understood the dangers of forfeiting my medication and that hospitals are under extreme pressure for me to end up there with a relapse? She didn't care and kept on telling me to go back to Crystal park where the problem started. I was the one who came up with a solution for her to call Crystal park clinic and get a trace numbers of the package then call the Germiston depo. She still complained that around that time ( 13h00 and 14h00) it's hard to get through to the depo. I still asked her to try call them. She easily got the tracking number from Crystal park as she was calling with "my cellphone". She then went inside the clinic to call the Germiston depo. She came back after about 10min saying that she called them 3times and they didn't pick up the phone. She promised me she'd try again tomorrow 1st thing in the morning and she'd call me back. The following day ( 16th July 2021) i received no call from nurse Nthabeleng even the following day there wasn't a call from her. I need you to please follow up for me because i have a terrible migraine and I'm unable to go deal with her bad attitude again tomorrow. I'm very disappointed at the fact that the same people we go to for medical help are the same people who make us sick.
