Northmead Clinic Poor Service for Managet Sister Sabina Senyatsi

Today the 9th December I went to Northmead Clinic to collect my medication for Bipolar and BPD. My appointment was for the 4th December but unfortunatly I away and coyld not make that date. On arrival I recieved a ticket at the gate (Number 9) for mental health. The time was 10:00am, and they refused to see me because I did not come on the 4th as scheduled. They made me reshedule for the 17th December even though they could have seen me today. There were only four people sitting outside Mental Health and it takes 5 minutes to look in a cuboard and give medication. I want to log a complaint against the Manager Sister Sabina Senyatsi who was rude and unhelpful and refused to give me her name when asked. I DONT HAVE MEDICATION AND THEY MESSING WITH MY MENTAL HEALTH.
