No Assistance with sick child

My daughter took her 18 month old sick daughter to the clinic today. To be told that she must come back tomorrow as they are only seeing 6 week old babies today. What absolute nonsense is that. I have been phoning the 2 contact numbers for 40 minutes now and no one answers the phone.
