Horrible Service

on the 5th of November 2019, i had brought in my 14 week old for immunization. i waited from 8am until 12midday to be attended, the admin clerk was unprofessional in a sense that newborn and few weeks old babies are not be together with bigger babies, and this was not communicated to myself. The nurse mentioned that my baby is small and should have not been in the que with the older and sick babies, however the admin clerk seemed to have a different opinion.

There is no toilet paper in the toilets, no hand sanitize or hand wash
