Bad security routines

Security needs to all work with the same routine first week i stand in parking being here very early then next week i get told to stand on the grass scratching my car at the bottom. Im told she is here this week and if not happy i must leave my car outside seriously we were only 4 cars comming in whats the difference standing in the parkings.
