Thee assistants there today we're good for nothing and ******. They only spoke in Xhosa. When a coloured manages to grab their attention they ignore you flat and you have to wait until they finish their Xhosa conversations with other students. They made announcements in xhosa and didn't even translate it for anyone else. There are no que points to say where registration is and new time application. None of the staff can tell me what to bring for one day. I called in and they told me to bring 3 documents with. When i got there they sent me around to go print this and that, that i had to go back home and have to spend more taxi fare than necessary. They make bursary lines long and unbearable with minimalistic people to help you.
