Terrible telephonic services

Hi<br> <br> So disgust at the service at Northlink College. I phoned about 4 times in a day to speak to someone in charge of the Graduation, they kept on re-directing my call to different department &amp; still I haven't spoke to someone in the Graduation department. I've emailed Mrs Mounton, who is apparently in charge of the Graduation &amp; that was about 2 weeks ago, still no response. I phoned due to the fact that I work full-time &amp; don't have time to get to the campus. I'm so disgust at the college. I will take this further!!!!! I want them to contact me asap on [Email Removed]
