taking there time to give my money back

Northlink college rushed me to come pay for my CNC class because the class was almost full. So I took time off from work to go pay. I went to class for a week then they told us the cancelling the class because we only 4 . They said we must wait for a week or get a refund. So I waited for a week and got no response from them, so I took time off again from work to go get my money back . They told me I'm going to wait a month to get my money back. So I emailed them asking for for head office details so I can speed up the process. It's been two days now and I still got no response again from them. I emailed them 3 times already asking for a response, and still nothing. I don't know why I have to wait a month to get my money back
