Rude and Pathetic service

The exams officer Betsie Mouton at northlink college tygerberg campus is so rude an unhelpful. Im a student that is still waiting on my certificates since last year and everytime I call the campus her response to me is she is waiting on the DBE and when they send it thats when they will get it I mean like really. I then ask her would it be in a few months years et so I can know when? She tells me she doesn't know when they send it thats when they get it. I ask her how will I know will the college sms me or email? She says I must just call back??? What happened to customer service???just like that she doesn't know and I must call back..this is delaying me to register for my degree if I knew northlink has such pathetic service I would never of studied there and I don't suggest anyone ever to study there.
