Poor services and Unprofessional instructors

I'm a 1st time student doing online training with Northlink College.Since the day of registration up to the online lecturers it is very unprofessional and disappointing.The day of registration it almost took me 6 hrs just to register.2 Weeks later still didn't received login details for student hub.After struggling to get my login details I received a call from them saying they can't find my registration papers.A few days before 1st assessment must be handed in I got my login details.Where the online lecturers is concerned, they are the worse I ever came across.UNPROFESSIONAL.
