Northlink, why can we not contact any of your departments?

Northlink College advertised a position which my wife wants to apply for. We have now phoned every number given as contact on the Northlink colleges website, and tried to get hold of the HR department for a week now. Nobody picks up the telephone and in most instances when we dial a number given on the website, it says that the number does not exist. I came through once, and the person put me through to HR, where the telephone was again not answered, and eventually it went over to Voicemail.
