Northlink College has poor employee service

After working for Northlink College Parow Campus for a lifetime of 18 years, I resigned in March 2022. I had to teach a new subject every year and then every 6 months. This was just such alot of work en emotional stress. However received numerous Certificates of Excellence of 100% pass rate, I decided to resign. Resignation was handed in on the 11th of March and it is the 16th of July today. 4 MONTHS LATER and my pension paper work is still not sorted. After HR complete my paperwork, it will take anothet 60 days at GEPF to finalise my pension! How is this possible?. Pathetic service after such a long loyal service. Just Pathetic.
