No diploma received since 2014

My daughter wrote exams in 2014 and 2015 and passed, but no diploma has been received yet. A proof of diploma is needed when applying for employment in this field of study (millwright) and because of this she has been unable to start her career and this has meant major loss of income. Several unsuccessful attempts have been made to get Northlink College to send us the Diploma so far.
