Missing Opportunities

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have app**** for my Financial Management Diploma in Sept 2015 and still I have not received any feedback regarding this matter. I was told that it can take up to 3 months to receive my diploma, which meant I would be able to start studying further towards my degree in 2016. This has NOT happened as I am still waiting on my Diploma. This is causing me to miss potential job opportunities which influences my financial position immensely.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been calling and mailing since December of 2015 and each time I get the same answer that Northlink is still waiting on the DHET. I have now asked for direct contact details, but I was told that is not allowed. I have now missed both the first and second semester registrations to study further. Thus I lost a years’ worth of study time. I am extremely frustrated and would discourage any student to study with Northlink. Understanding that they are waiting on the DHET, I still feel that Northlink can do more from their side as they are the institution that made promises and has received study fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like a phone call from the operational manager to explain to me what Northlink is planning to do to resolve this issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
