lack of communication

Hi I studied at the tygerberg campus @ northlink,I completed my n4 & n5 at boland bt decided to do my n6 at northlink,I received my n6 certificate last year & asked them do now qualify for graduation & they said yes,I will receive an sms which they sent in bulk,early may,so from the 11 may I phoned to find out what's the hold up as I haven't received anything & have been put through different pple & no could assist,never the less.on last week the 21 may 2015,I phoned again & still didn't get through to the person who deals with the H.R graduation as she was busy,so I was put through her collegue as I explained to her,I was only then informed the graduation is that saturday 23 may 2015,she checked on system & informed me that because they had no prove of my n4 or n5,they couldn't put me through,but the day I app**** for my n6,I had 2 provide details of passing my n4 & n5??so where's tht documents??why couldn't they phoned me to asked me??I was looking forward to my graduation as I worked hard,now I have 2 wait till next year again 2 graduate!!so unfair,the lady I spoke to still said 2 me I must send my details the 22 may friday?hws tht gonna help me??as I also work I fulltime job.
