Horrible experience while seeking assistance while seeking assistance at Northlink college in Bellville

I feel like i really needed to share what i experienced today upon my visit to Northlink college Bellville campus. I asked to speak to a Mr.Tagodien Davids who works in student support and while entering Mr David's office and greeting him i was immediately given a very hostile look without even being greeted back. Mr Davids immediately began to start shouting and performing telling me that he was'nt happy that i e-mailed Ms Z. Durell on 29 Oct 2020. I just want to note that the only reason why i had i e-mailed Ms. Durell was because i was hoping that she could assist me with a few general enquires as Mr Davids was on leave for the 29 Oct and 30 Oct 2020 and told me that he would only be back at work on the 2 Nov 2020. I did not think that it would be such a big problem. I could hav e-mailed Mr. Davids but did not want to disturb/bother him while he was on his leave. It was only for this reason that mr Davids was completely rude and disrespectful towards me today telling me that i e-mailed Ms. Durell behind his back. He also added that i cant just rock up at his office but i was trying to explain to him had he listened to me that i did try and call him on the 2 Nov as well as the 3 Nov 2020 but was informed that he was now on sick leave. The only reason why i was at the Bellville campus today was because i was in the area sorting out my licence at the traffic department and thought i would pop in to enquire about the course i was interested in doing.

I just feel that Mr. Davids could have told me to come back another time i would have understood that or spoke to me in a more civilized manner instead of shouting and screaming at me the way he did i felt it was extremely unprofessional not to mention uncalled for as i also work in the public sector and know that one should never scream or shout at anyone who is seeking your guidance or assistance this is what our Bato Pele principles were put in place for and because i was so upset at that point i told Mr. Davids that i did not want his help if that was how he was going to speak to me. I left and slammed the door behind me. I did end up reporting the matter as i was in a state of hurt, shock and all sorts of mixed emotions it was a horrible experience.
