Disgusting behaviour from students at the salon and theft happening in the salon

Staff and students are unprofessional, rude and have barn behaviour.Firstly, massage sucked, facial was okay but that's what u get for that prices. Also students are extremely rude and allowed to treat clients with disrespect. I booked a facial and massage for myself, a Mani and pedi for my friend and a wcb for my mother. We went together today at 10am. My the****** told me she is taking my 9ct white gold chain off, it wasn't necessary and I told her it's fine but to be careful because it's dainty. My eyes was covered for the massage an she did not inform me where she would be putting the chain. I went through my massage and facial and when I was done I got dressed. I saw a tissue in my bucket of clothes I assumed it was a dirty tissue. Even worst. I left and on my way home realise she did not give me my chain back. I messaged them and told them I'm on way back. They told me they cannot find it and are looking. I got there and they threw out the bins inside the Salonga as Christina (my massage the******) admitted to throwing it away as she forgot it was in there. They checked the bins four times infront of me. No sign. Milani came in and a tall guy , both of them were rude and unempathetic, their attitude was bad and no apology for the the******s negligence. I was told by the guy that nothing will be done if they cannot find it. I was appalled and disgusted by this treatment.ofcourse I got frustrated as it's a white gold chain that myhusband gave to me. The manager Melissa came in she was abit more understanding but told my mother that I need to calm down as the students are complaining????? The fact that she cared more about her students complaint than their negligence was a problem. After security was called in and checked all the the******s bags and found nothing I said I will make a case and make a complaint and to on social media. It was then that melissa took me to the campus head and I was in his office for a minute when we got a call to say it was found. They brought it to me. When I left the group of students were standing around and accused me of lying and saying my 9ct white gold chain is from China town and called me rude, shouted at me and argued with me after being told by their manager to leave they continued and stuck up middle finger to me as I left. Extremely bad service the worst iv ever experienced at an institution. I would not recommend this institution . My friends manicure sucked her nail polish was badly done and chipping she scratched it off immediately and R100 went missing out of her jeans pocket when she undressed for her second procedure. Disgusting treatment to their clients, these students will never make it in the outside world with this type of behaviour , please zoom in for my 9ct white gold necklace that was said it was from China town by the students
