DISAPPOINTED!!!

So I studied Legal Secretary at Northlink College Tygerberg campus from January 2016 and completed June 2017. I've never had to repeat any of my subjects and then went on to graduate for a certificate on the 16th of June 2018. Prior to the graduation (just after we received our results for N6), we were asked to come to campus as they wanted to advise us of a way forward with regards to in-service. So we went there along with students who studied MA we were told that the MA students will be starting with their in-service training as there is placement available for MA students already. Us the LS students were told that we will get in-service training at the Majors office in Cape Town. We waited and waited and still we had no communications from them, because we panicked we tried contacting the Majors office to find out what i going on, then Northlink suddenly contacted us to let us know that we shouldn't contact the Majors office to enquire. Fine I then went out and tried finding in-service fror myself I then reached Metrorail who advised me that they need to communicate with a placement officer and not the student. I then reached out to a lecture at Northlink Tygerberg who then said I should forward my CV and she will send it to the placement officer. I did and I also went on as to get the placement officers email address so I can send him my CV personally and also gave a brief explanation that I went to Metrorail and they only deal with placement officers. Till this day I haven't received any communication from Northlink/the placement officer I did this in March 2019. Then a friend and classmate of mine saw a post that Northlink/The WIL department had posted on Facebook we app**** for that aswell we sent our CV's to the provided email address till this day there has been no response or any sort of communication. I then went on to communicate with the placement officer ion whatsapp - the 1st time he blue ticked me, 2nd time he told me to send an email to the same email address we sent our CV's to. I did that in April 2019 and till today I've had no response from them. I mean even if its to say that they have our CV's but there's nothing at the moment instead they just keep us in the dark. It has been 2 years now and we cannot get our diploma's because of this. Even when we go out on ourselves to look for in-service training it's hard for then to assist us further! And had they advised us of the difficulty of getting LS in-service training when we app**** who wouldn't be siting with problem we would. And I just can't believe the number of bad reviews Northlink has on here, DISAPPOINTING!!
