Complain

Hi I am so disapontend in Northlink College (Parow cumpus) They called me on Monday 23rd of January to come with my reff. From nsfas I then asked is there anything else the lady answered long into your nsfas and bring what they say you must bring I logged in and on documents it sait "wr do not need any documents from you right now" I went to school on Wednesday 25 they told me course is full call does not mean you got the space during registration they said you will receive a call if you get space today 26 went there again to beg them with all that was on the list of docs now they tell me my report is old "original"they cannot use it

Remember my high school is in EC it's hard to get thru to the there because of network let alone finding their no they gave me tomorrow only to bring it I am devastated,I feel like crying and I don't know what to do ☹️
